She has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, most of which have been dedicated to finance and accountancy recruitment across industry and commerce, professional services and financial services. She has undertaken placements across all levels, from graduate roles right up to leadership positions at finance director level.

Carolyn particularly relishes working in a specialist sector, with the ability it offers to form strong networks of candidates and clients.
