Totum Director Deborah Gray oversees our legal operations, transformation and technology capability, working closely with Lacey Near.
In addition to her work on senior placements at COO/CEO and Director level, Deborah specialises in roles including: Legal Service Excellence, Legal Project Management, Process Innovation, Change Management, Programme Management, PMO, Project and Business Analysis.
Her long experience in delivering successful individual and team placements across all sizes of organisation gives her deep market insights into professional services firms and their development. Using the many skills she has acquired, she helps and guides firms in how best to identify and secure talent to build future change and project capability across areas of project design, implementation and management.
