Liz brings to her role the benefits of working on both sides of the fence. She has spent many years in marketing and BD roles for a number of law and professional services firms, and has over eleven years’ experience in marketing and BD recruitment. She works consultatively, getting to know all those she works with and building long-standing relationships. For Liz it’s about investing in people to achieve the best long-term success.

She particularly enjoys helping firms to secure a strong mix of the right skills required to meet the many commercial requirements of today’s legal business. As firms evolve and teams and roles have become more specialist (and often sector specific), Liz goes out of her way to ensure the right and the best talent for her clients, whether that’s from within the legal sector or beyond.

Liz brings huge experience to Totum, having worked in numerous leading firms including PwC, KPMG and Goldman Sachs – as well as law firms including CMS Cameron McKenna, Watson Farley & Williams and, most recently, Pinsent Masons. She also spent several years working as a senior recruiter at Carter Murray.
